This morning, Amazon EC2 services failed and took down websites that were hosted on their serves such as Quora, Foursquare, Reddit or Hootsuite. The websites that were affected by the glitch, posted funny messages to brush off the trouble as not a big deal.

All of them have been updating their status messages along the day, however, the update I have found the most interesting is the Quora one: First time in the morning they posted an informal message even with a video, but later on the day, they changed it for an official and boring message

Although the way they have managed this situation by posting these messages has made me smile, the reality is that I haven´t been able to use Hootsuite today at all . This hasn´t been so funny, specially taking into consideration that I work in Social Media and today was my last day before a break of 9 days and I was planning to schedule some updates to be posted during my vacation time.
